JRDB have more than 50 famous experts and senior engineers, 20 of them are topping technology experts who have participated in the state's key bearing breakthrough. It own complete testing instruments to guarantee the quality of products, also have 260 sets of fine testing instruments and quality supervisioninstruments.The Measuring Center, Testing Center and Laboratory all adopt the most advanced measuring instruments, meters and bearing testers. Forging mainly focus on inner & outer bearing rings with inner
diameter from 80mm to 2000mm. Machining mainly rely on digital-control automatic lathes, the largest processing diameter reach to 2300mm.
As important heat treatment process, some advanced equipment are adopted to ensure the rings' quality,such as annealing furnace, infiltrating stove, pusher annealing and quenching heat treatment line with protection gas. After the improvement of technology and equipment renewal, the capacity of grinding process are enhanced, bearing range are enlarged and the precision are upgraded. The production process in copper casting are realized centrifugal casting and the inner quality of cages are improved and the production capacity are also boosted. The most advanced domestic technology are employed in the production of bearing rollers to meet the higher precision requirements. JRDB Equipment Department also adopt the most frontier scientific achievement and ameliorate the function of the equipments.
